Skin18.com eye patches Review

Hey fellas,

Today am sharing my review of the eye patches from skin18.com. Let's head on to the review Luke Hydrogel Eye Patch for Eye Puffiness and Luke Collagen Hydrogel Eye Patch - Collagen Nutrition Firming and how they faired on the claims.

Ingredients and brand claims here and here

My experience
The eye patches are sufficiently large so as to cover the whole under eye area. But I was unsure of the direction of the use. First eye patch I used wrongly I think. Then the second time I used it correctly. The eye patches have a subtle fragrance but it is not at all bothering and doesn't even linger.

The eye patches stick nicely and even if you stick.is wrongly you can remove it and again stick it. With passing time the eye patches start to dry up and all the skin under the eyes gets stretchy. Due to this the first strip I used was quite uncomfortable. For the second strip I left it for around 15 minutes and it was sufficiently dry.

Now coming to the effects of the patches they hydrate the under eye area and make the area look a little bit faint. The skin instantly plumps up and makes it look hydrated. Other than that I don't have puffy eyes so I cannot comment on that part.

The In
  • Travel friendly and budget friendly
  • Compact packaging
  • Easy to use
  • Hydrates the under eye area
  • Non bothering smell
  • Hassle free procedure

The Out
  • I particularly didn't like the stretchy feeling while it works

Price, shelf life and availability
Luke Hydrogel Eye Patch for Eye Puffiness - $1.40
Luke Collagen  Hydrogel Eye Patch - Collagen Nutrition Firming - $1.80

Recommendation
If you are looking for a quick, hassle free procedure then these eye patches are nice to use. However I would totally skip them as I feel uncomfortable using them. However being hassle free, compact packaging, and budget friendly makes them a winner.
