Ma Earth Botanicals Jojoba and neroli soap Review

No matter how evolutionary shower gels and body washes the beauty industry makes, soaps will never go out of fashion. I am a soap lover and my favourite is Medimix. I have hardly used any soap other than that except during travelling. Let's see the review of Ma Earth Botanicals Jojoba and neroli soap.

Brand claims
A creamy bar of soap enriched with Jojoba oil, renowned for its absorption and moisturizing abilities. Jojoba oil is not actually an oil, but a liquid wax. It is hypoallergenic, soothes and improves skin's suppleness. Coupled with Neroli essential oil which not only has great therapeutic properties, but also the most incredible, uplifting fragrance. It has a relaxing effect on the mind and body, relieving muscle spasms, calming heart palpitations and a wonderful rejuvenating and regenerative effect on the skin, helping to soften scars and fighting stretch marks. (information taken from website)

Ingredients:
Aqua, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) oil, Elaeis Oleifera (Palm) oil, Ricinus communis (Castor) oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Citrus Aurantium (Neroli) essential oil.

My experience
The soap is packaged in an opaque paper. As soon as you open the soap you will be tempted to eat it as it looks like some cashew sweets. I somehow controlled my temptation.
The soap when it comes in contact with lukewarm water immediately softens up. If rubbed a little bit it immediately gives frothy foam. The foam is different than the one made up of commercial soaps. It gently cleanses the skin and makes it feel fresh. It also gets washed off easily without any residue.

The only problem is that if kept in shower for long time it will lead to wastage. So be careful to not keep it under water and let it dry after every use. Overall it is a good soap to try out.

Recommendation - if you are a soap lover like me then you should try Ma Earth Botanicals soaps. They are not like commercial soaps which strip the oil in the name of cleansing. The soap gently cleanses the skin without drying. It has a typical herbal scent which is not bothering. Overall a good milky soap to try out.
